If you are having trouble following the process below, please contact the College for assistance.


Please follow these steps to file your complaint:

  1. Download the complaint form or open it in your browser.
  2. Fill out the form and save it on your device.
  3. If your complaint can be supported by any additional documents or other evidence, scan them or take photographs.
  4. Upload the completed form and supporting evidence using the contact form. If you have more than two items to upload including the completed complaint form, use the contact form multiple times.
